What is the business development strategy programme?
This test forms part one of a business development strategy programme that will form the foundation on which to build. This test is unique and looks at every part of your business in a holistic way. In other words, it evaluates each area in connection with all the others, and the 97 questions probe into aspects such as marketing, sales and company culture, among others. There are no questions requesting sensitive financial details.
Some questions will require a lot of thought so, as you go through, you can stop and return to the test at any time. Above all, make your answers as honest as you can, as you will get more out of it that way.
If you entered a valid membership code, you will receive the full report from the referring organisation on completion of the test. If you did not enter a valid code, then you will receive, by email, a short statement summarising your company's position, based on the answers you give.
A full, bespoke report is available for purchase, which will give you key insights that will assist in forming the basis on which to build. Further training modules are also available.
